Being from out of town, Chris. offered a wealth of knowledge about the various neighborhoods in AZ. He showed us numerous places and kept our needs and budget in mind. We found a place that exceeded our expectations. Chris was able to secure a condo with multiple offers on it for us, without driving up the price.

His professionalism and sincerity is why we would recommend him to anyone locally and especially someone from out of town.

My husband and I were buying our first home and had no real understanding of the process. Chris took the time to explain everything to us, step by step. He welcomed all of our questions and eased our fears. Chris never pressured us into anything we didn’t want and really listened to what we were looking for. My husband and I ended up buying a house that we weren’t even going to look at. Because he had listened to us and paid attention to what we liked and didn’t like, Chris went to check out the house anyway because it had everything on our wishlist. Chris had us go see the house the next day and the second we walked into the house, we knew it would be our home.

He always made us feel like we were his most important clients when we were working with him. Even though we are now living in the house, Chris still answers our questions about the house. As first time buyers my girlfriend and I admittedly knew nothing about the home buying process at all. We spoke with Chris and, within a day, he had some prospective houses for us that he felt was a good fit based on our criteria. At each house he pointed out the pros and the cons of the house including many things I would never have even considered.

His local knowledge is exceptional. In our case we had very specific boundaries we were looking in that coincided with a school district. He only showed us houses in the area and chose ones that made sense based on the activities and schedules of our family (highway access, location of activities, distance to work, distance to schools, etc.).

His knowledge of the entire home buying process was staggering. He ensured everything was done well ahead of the time it needed to be done. In my particular case we had a longer closing (by choice, we were currently in a lease), but he still had things done often weeks ahead of time. He was also very vocal with the seller's agent in ensuring everything got done as soon as possible.

He is extremely responsive. If I had any questions he would have answers immediately and was always available. I asked him more than once if he ever slept.

His negotiation skills are phenomenal. In my particular case there were seller credits left over which would have gone back to the seller. Instead of letting that happen, he worked with the seller's agent and got our home warranty raised from one year to two years and also raised the level of service.

Overall there is no one I would recommend more than Chris. He ensured the entire process was as stress-free as possible and saved us a lot of money.

Chris worked with me in pricing my house for value and fast selling. He had a buyer for the house within one week from listing at full price. He worked closely with the buyer’s agent to ensure a smooth and fast transaction and was able to close 5 days before the original date. He is very attentive, responsive, honest, and with the customer's best interest in mind when working with you. Chris provides information and statistics to substantiate his suggestions or recommendations. He always conducts area market assessments so that expectations are realistic and achievable. I will and fully endorse using Chris for any real estate transaction buying or selling.

Excellent realtor! He was more like a partner than my agent. Excellent follow-up and follow through. Took our input on what we wanted in a lot such as type of views, proximity to shopping, dining etc and came up with several potential areas to consider and numerous lots in each area. Chris emailed us all of the lot specifics, comparables, community information needed to consider each lot. Chris then previewed each lot so that he could make sure that the lot actually met our criteria and was able to give us input on the lot so that we could make decisions as to what lots we wanted to physically visit. When we decided on a lot, Chris used his best efforts to help us arrive at a price and then diligently negotiated with the other agent to craft a deal that met our needs.
