Chris worked with me in pricing my house for value and fast selling. He had a buyer for the house within one week from listing at full price. He worked closely with the buyer’s agent to ensure a smooth and fast transaction and was able to close 5 days before the original date. He is very attentive, responsive, honest, and with the customer's best interest in mind when working with you. Chris provides information and statistics to substantiate his suggestions or recommendations. He always conducts area market assessments so that expectations are realistic and achievable. Excellent realtor! He was more like a partner than my agent. Excellent follow-up and follow through. Took our input on what we wanted in a lot such as type of views, proximity to shopping, dining etc and came up with several potential areas to consider and numerous lots in each area. Chris emailed us all of the lot specifics, comparables, community information needed to consider each lot. Chris then previewed each lot so that he could make sure that the lot actually met our criteria and was able to give us input on the lot so that we could make decisions as to what lots we wanted to physically visit. When we decided on a lot, Chris used his best efforts to help us arrive at a price and then diligently negotiated with the other agent to craft a deal that met our needs.
